3.3 Clients must provide clear and concise feedback during the revision process, indicating the desired changes to be made.

3.4 Revisions will be carried out promptly, and every effort will be made to ensure timely completion. However, the client’s cooperation and response times may affect the overall revision process timeline.

3.5 Please note that revisions requested beyond the scope of the initial project requirements or after the completion of the final design may be subject to additional charges.

4. Project Completion and Launch:

4.1 The project will be considered complete once the client provides written approval or acceptance of the final design.

4.2 After project completion and approval, any further changes or additions requested by the client may be subject to additional charges and will be treated as a separate project.

4.3 Upon project completion, we will deliver the finalized website design and provide access credentials as applicable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

5.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and ownership, are retained by our web design company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2 The client is granted a license to use the design exclusively for their website or intended purposes. The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or use the design for any other project or purpose without prior written consent from our company.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Our web design company endeavors to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

6.2 We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
